What happens if we legally can't host the wedding?
These past few months have thrown curve balls at all of us. The good news is we know how to handle it! We have worked with all your vendors to abide by all government recommendations to keep you and your guests safe. We will continue to monitor the situation and should new government laws come into effect we will abide by all laws and may need to cancel/reschedule the planned event. If the event is illegal to be held and needs to be cancelled, full refunds will be given up to two weeks prior to the scheduled date.
Do we get a choice of our vendors?
With over 20+ years combined experience in the wedding industry we have vetted the best luxury wedding vendors. To allow for a quick planning time frame + at the best possible price, we have selected the best of the best and know they will deliver an unforgettable wedding day for you.
How do we make our celebration safe in the age of COVID-19?
There are many safety practices which are outlined for you from each of the companies on your Luxury Vendor Dream Team. To name a few practices, your floor plan is designed to be a strolling reception. This means that guests can mix and mingle, at a safe distance respecting social distancing guidelines, around a seated table, at a lounge, or standing at cocktail tables. This floor plan gives your guests freedom to roam about and feel that they have ample space. Food and beverage service is served by companies who are trained and respect COVID-19 safety practices. Your guests are also asked not to attend if they are not feeling well via invitation.
